Sweet Seat

007

My friend had this neat unfinished rocker that was made for her when she was a child.
She is painting it and passing it on to her granddaughter.

008

The rocker will be painted in gloss cotton candy pink
It just needed a little seat cushion.

010

This print is perfect.

009

This pom pom border finishes it off, perfectly.  All ready for a sweet little one-year old.

From Classy to Sassy

006

A little bit coarser fabric for the piping really sets it off.

Right now it’s all decked out for Christmas.

The sofa is covered in this great heavy-weight, woven red.

We kept piping in all the places it had it, and added a skirt.

Subtle change, and perfect for this sitting room.

Tamara’s Chairs Refreshed

001 002

Tamara needed help reviving these two well-loved Ethan Allen Chairs.

033

This geometric print from Waverly Parterre in Walnut is perfect for this chair.

034

I love the clean lines and the way the tuck-ins help make this chair look upholstered.

037

This floral is super fun.  It came from Hancock Fabrics.

040

Both of these chairs had this great rolled back which is accentuated with piping.

041

Ottoman completes the set.  Both are finished off with a straight hem and piping.

038

Tamara plans on using this furniture for the Summer, but she was excited to set them up in her room and see them in place.

039

It just feels like a happy, refreshing room, doesn’t it?
